Situated between the ground and first floors (Hochparterre) of a typical Viennese ‘Gründerzeit Zinshaus’, this bright, one-room apartment features a combined living/sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and a tub.

The apartment is fully and tastefully furnished. Like all of our units, it comes equipped with everything you may need – from appliances to dishes, bed linens, towels, cable TV, high-speed internet, and more. For added peace of mind, the apartment is fitted with a high-security, reinforced door.

Lockable storage room for bicycles is available in the building.

500 Mbps high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, TV, operating costs (Betriebskosten), and 10% VAT are included in the total rent.

The costs for electricity and heating (gas) are not included in the rental price and will be charged separately.

Concierge services are available (fees apply) in cooperation with TopConcierge to ensure you have everything you need, when you need it.

We offer rental contracts from 3 to 6 months. Please contact us for shorter or longer rentals.
